For over 30 years, the climbing play helicopter has been a beloved feature, sparking hours of fun and fueling creative play for countless children. However, after decades of service, the time has come for us to say goodbye.
In recent years, the helicopter has faced some challenges. As it began to rust, we had to remove certain parts to address safety concerns. Despite our best efforts to keep it in top condition, the cost of necessary repairs has become unsustainable. After careful consideration, the Executive Management Team has made the difficult decision to retire the helicopter.
While we’re sad to see it go, we’re excited about the future! We are actively working to raise funds for a new play structure that will provide even more exciting opportunities for imaginative play. We hope to unveil something even better within the next couple of years.
